Chocolate Bunny

George 3-foot Chocolate Bunny

It it is that time of the year again. Last year a lucky winner took home our giant 3ft tall chocolate easter bunny. We are having the contest again this year. All you need to do is to guess the number of jumbo jelly beens in the container (shown bellow) and George, the chocolate bunny will be yours! It would be a good idea to stop by our shop (click here for directions) where you can see both the bunny and the jumbo jelly beans. However if you would like to participate from home, please use the form bellow to submit your guess.

The winner will be determined on April 2nd, 2010 at 3:00PM.

This contest is open only to those who would like to pick up the bunny in person. We are not able to ship or deliver the bunny at this time. If your are the winner but are not able to pick up the chocolate bunny, the next closest guess will be chosen as a winner.

You can see more pictures at Trina’s Blog.

Here is what Trina wrote about making here cake:

This was a sweet sixteen cake that I made last week. I bought the 5 lbs. of Wilton’s fondant to make the city skyline of buildings for the outside of the cake from Chocolate Belles. I also purchased the colors, the silver dust, star mold and white chocolate from them as well. The cake was a white cake with a buttercream icing and raspberrying filling. The family absolutely adored the cake and others in attendance loved the moist, scrumptious cake! I couldn’t be anymore pleased with the results. Thank you, Chocolate Belles!

Thank you Trina for sharing your pictures with us!

The Chocolate Belles on iPhoneIf you are an iPhone, Android, BlackBerry or other smartphone user you will like today’s news! We have updated our blog so your visits from these devices will be more enjoyable!

In the past when a cell phone user would visit The Chocolate Belles Blog, he or she would immediately be faced with two major issues. It would take forever for pages from our blog to load, and, due to the small screens most phones have, navigating our blog would have been a complete nightmare.

Today that has changed forever! We are still trying to fine-tune so everything runs smoothly for the visitors who come to our website using their smart-phones. But our websites should be already able to recognize browsers from iPhone, iPode, BlackBerry and several other phones. If you find that your phone is not receiving the mobile version of our blog, please be patient as we will try to accommodate more smart-phones in the future. Of course you can help us out and tell us what kind of phone you use to visit our blog, should you experience any problems with our blog.

The mobile version is available only on our blog and not on our online shop, but we will be working on it as well.
