The Holiday Candy Making class will begin on Wednesday, October 20, 2010. This is a three week class, please plan your calendar ahead. This class is perfect for you if you are looking for candy making ideas for the upcoming Holiday season. All of our fall decorating classes are filling out quickly this year, make sure to register ahead of time. Last Tuesday during our current ongoing cake decorating class (The Tier Cake Class- this class is available again is in January, 2011) our students learned how to pipe variety of flowers while working with royal icing.

Last night we have shown our students how to make cradles with icing – bellow is the pattern needed for the cradle. Click on the image first and then print the pattern. Or if you wish you can “right-click” and select “save image as” to save it to your computer and the print as you would print any of your pictures.

The week before last Tuesday our class was focused on learning how to make cake borders. The last Tuesday it was all about flowers. Our students learned how to make Morning Glory, California Poppy, Petunia and Lily from royal icing.

Last Tuesday (July 13, 2010) we started one of of our cake decorating classes – the “Tier Cake Class“. As the name of the class says it, it it for those who would like to learn how to make tier cakes- which all of our students will have a chance to do at the last day of this class. But we are not quiet there yet. Some times we need to start with basics.

On Tuesday, July 6, 2010 Chocolate Belles is offering another cake decorating class – “Tier Cake Class”. This class is a 4 weeks long class (on Tuesday night for four weeks in the road). The Tier Cake Class designed for students who would like to learn how to decorate multi tier wedding cakes. During the class students will learn how to make lattice cradle, net flower, more advanced borders, flowers and much much more.
