During last few month Chocolate Belles has experimented with different ways to allow those interested in our cake decorating and candy making classes to register online. Our latest system worked but only half of those who wonted to register for class were successful submitting their payments.

Today we have implemented what we hope to be easy and straightforward way to register for our classes. We still will be able to accept PayPal in addition to all major credit cards. You can see all of our upcoming cake decorating and candy making classes here.

If your are not sure which class to attend here is a quick list of our upcoming classes:

• Holiday Candy Class – 3 Weeks (this class will start on October 20)
• Embellished Apple Making Class (this class will take place on October 25)
• Introduction To Fondant – 3 weeks (this class will start on November 2nd, 2010)
• Chocolate Covered Strawberry Class (this class with take place on November 8th, 2010)
• Basic Cake Decoraing – 5 weeks (this class will start on November 15th, 2010)
• Gum Paste Flower Class – 3 weeks (this class will start on December 1st, 2010)
• Tier Cake Class- 4 weeks (this class will start on January 5th, 2011)
• Fun With Cupcakes! (this class will take place on January 8th, 2011)

Few days ago we started a series of blog posts focusing on our fall cake decorating and candy making classes. Today we would like to present to you our Introduction to Decorating in Fondant class. This is one of our most popular classes as fondant cakes still seem to be a “must have” cakes for special occasions, birthdays and weddings. The cakes decorated in fondant are probably among the most expensive cakes at your local bakery. But did you know that decorating in fondant is far from being a “rocket science”? Any one can learn how to do it. Many of our students have never decorated a cake in fondant, but if you look at their cakes, you would think they have been doing it forever!
