We have scheduled the new date for our Flower Class – it will begin on Tuesday, January 4, 2011. Bellow are few pictures from our recent class.

During the Flower Class students learn how to make 13 different royal icing flowers: daisy, pansy, apple blossom, violets, primroses- just to name the few…

Last Tuesday during our current ongoing cake decorating class (The Tier Cake Class- this class is available again is in January, 2011) our students learned how to pipe variety of flowers while working with royal icing.

The week before last Tuesday our class was focused on learning how to make cake borders. The last Tuesday it was all about flowers. Our students learned how to make Morning Glory, California Poppy, Petunia and Lily from royal icing.
