Holiday Candy Class. See What You Have Missed!

Our students learned how to make reindeer bark, how to “magically” transform any of your favorite “sandwich” cookie into smiling snow man faces or the cutest reindeer faces. When making this cornucopia it is important to remember not to leave it in the freezer too long (2-3 minutes should be sufficient for each coating of chocolate). Otherwise your chocolate may crack.
