Stop in to our shop and ask about our Custom Photo Lollipops. They are only $3.95 each and come with a personalized printed ribbon. Great for christenings, sweet sixteens, showers, and any occasion you can think of.
During the course of the year the Chocolate Belles offers a variety of Cake Decorating and Candy Making classes. Our classes rage from basic candy making to more advanced classes during which our students learn how to make tiered cake or cakes decorated in fondant. In addition you can also call Ann at (732) 920 2266 to inquire about personalized one-on-one classes.

The Basic Cake Decorating class is a 5 nights long class, which each class taking place once a week. During this class the students learn how to properly ice and decorate a cake. They will also learn how to make basic borders, the rose, basket weaving and much more.
Date and Time: September 12 at 6:30.
Cost: $50 per student

During our Basic Candy Making Class our students learn painting, clusters, dipping, peanut butter cups, mint patties, cherries, creams, caramels, turtles, hollow and solid molds, and much more. This class will take place one night a week for 3 (three) consecutive weeks.
Cost: $35 per student.

During this class our students learn basics of working with fondant- coloring, rolling out etc. We also teach how to make fondant flowers, while each student will have an opportunity to decorate their own cake in fondant.
Our Introduction to Fondant class is a three week course with classes taking place once a week.
Cost: $75 per student. The cost for this class does not include supplies. All supplies are available at our store. If you think you may have some supplies, make sure to call Ann to inquire what is needed for this class.

Learn how to decorating cupcakes for all occasions. Cupcakes do not need to be boring! Lear how to have fun with cupcakes.
Fun With Cupcakes is two day class.
We bake the cupcakes for the student ahead of time so all you need to do is to learn how to decorate them!

Each student will have an opportunity to embellish their apples with caramel, nuts, mini chips and more.

During this class our students will learn how to make fancy chocolate covered strawberries for weddings and other special occasions.
