We are extremely excited to let our readers, visitors and clients know that on March 17, 2010 Chocolate Belles launched our own YouTube channel. We plan to use YouTube to publish some of the videos taken during our cake decorating and candy making classes. We will limit the videos to only the ones containing the most important portions of our classes. And yes we start small. Very small! Our first video is only 26 seconds in length. It shows what are students were about to learn during the first night of the Introduction to Fondant Cake Decorating Course on March 17, 2010. More videos are on the way! We are very excited to introduce a new feature on our website. Now you can register for our cake decorating and candy making classes from home (click here to see our upcoming classes). The goal of this article is to provide you with a step by step guide on how to register for a desired class.
How To Find And Register For The Desired Cake Decorating or Candy Making Class?
The following page contains our upcoming classes. Once there, you have several options on how to navigate the calendar. We recommend using the “months” navigation located just bellow our logo: The days on which there are scheduled classes are shown in bold: If you click on the day in bold, the calendar to the right will change to a daily view:

You can then hover with your mouse over the class and a short description of the class will appear: To register for the class click on the desired class and the following window will appear: Click “Book Now” button for the following window to appear where you can login or register if you are the first time user: Once you enter your login information (or if you are a new user once you register) you will be redirected to a secure page on PayPla where you can pay for the class. If you do not have the PayPal account you still can pay with your credit card- see the image bellow (click on it to see it in full size):

It it is that time of the year again. Last year a lucky winner took home our giant 3ft tall chocolate easter bunny. We are having the contest again this year. All you need to do is to guess the number of jumbo jelly beens in the container (shown bellow) and George, the chocolate bunny will be yours! It would be a good idea to stop by our shop (click here for directions) where you can see both the bunny and the jumbo jelly beans. However if you would like to participate from home, please use the form bellow to submit your guess.
The winner will be determined on April 2nd, 2010 at 3:00PM.
This contest is open only to those who would like to pick up the bunny in person. We are not able to ship or deliver the bunny at this time. If your are the winner but are not able to pick up the chocolate bunny, the next closest guess will be chosen as a winner.
